The pictures below are a few examples resulting out of an extensive photo shoot in 2004 with Peter Bisson, a yoga instructor of more than 20 years experience. The photographs will form part of a book Peter is writing on his brand of Hatha yoga, which aims to bring about an awareness to the mind and body through attention to breathing, postural alignment, meditation and relaxation.
